If you have forgotten your password to this site (or do not have a password but have a login), use the link below to request your password. 

• Check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folders.  It may take a few moments to arrive. 
  
• Once in Self Service, click on Change Password in the left hand menu, if you would like to change your password.
• Your reset password request is valid for 30 hrs.  Do NOT attempt to reset your password again as you are not allowed more than 1 reset within the 30 hour timeframe.
• If you accidentally lock your account, please contact our HR Office at humanresources@marimnhealth.org for assistance.
