Marimn Health is looking for a Marketing Manager to supervise a small but growing team. Responsibilities for this job will require a candidate who is willing to work on a range of marketing and communications tasks, manage the team, and manage the tactical and conceptual efforts of the team. We are looking for someone who is driven and organized, has strong communication skills, and who works well within a cooperative team environment, but also has the ability to work independently and without constant supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required. At least three years of experience in a marketing, graphic design, communications, event planning, media, social media, public relations role within a federally qualified health center required. Experience working in Indian Country preferred.

Must have excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills and have a proven ability to develop content for a variety of audiences. Proficient in communication through written word and creating content specific to social media business pages.  Knowledge of marketing principles, communications campaigns, and digital media required. Prior experience managing a team and experience with budgeting required.

Advanced PC skills (proficient using Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet) required.  Basic knowledge of graphic design preferred and experience with Adobe Creative suite required. Experience with print and digital production, Meta Business Suite Tools, Google Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WordPress required.  Knowledge of HIPAA compliance required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Directs the strategic marketing and communications work of Marimn Health.
  • Responsible for overseeing the day to day implementation of plan through the efforts of the marketing team.
  • Responsible for delivering consistent, positive messaging, and promote Marimn Health’s facilities, services, programs, and providers.
  • Collaborates with managers and directors of Marimn Health departments to create marketing campaigns that inform and persuade.
  • Regularly reviews and updates Marimn Health marketing policies. Ensures consistent application of organization’s brand integrity including strict and consistent logo usage with all MH marketing materials, swag, social media, etc. Approves all MH swag and print proofs.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating website, blog, and social media outlets to ensure accurate, high-quality, regular, and relevant content.
  • Supervises the development of all external public communications and messaging to ensure consistency and brand integrity (i.e. flyers, brochures, community event notices, job postings, etc.)
  • Supervises the creation of social media creative and written content for public social media business pages, including filming/creating videos, taking photos, writing posts, etc.
  • Manages event planning and coordination; organizes committees when necessary or appropriate.
  • Manages internal communications for Marimn Health and coordinates with HR, leadership team, and managers to communicate essential information to Marimn Health employees across all facilities and departments.
  • Responsible for marketing department budget.
  • Supervises, directs, coaches, and evaluates marketing staff members.
  • Coordinates with Marimn Health team and external partners to ensure timely promotion of new products, services, providers, and events.
  • Facilitate and coordinate work with outside vendors/contractors who provide marketing services outside the scope or capacity of marketing team. Oversee account management with external vendors and contractors.
  • Keep up-to-date with current marketing techniques and new technologies. Utilize analytics data and industry standards to inform best practices.
  • Keep apprised of health information privacy laws and how they relate to healthcare marketing practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
